Dynamics adds in Cali. Provo, Utah-based Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has added the 294-key
Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center and 174-key SpringHill Suites
Anaheim Resort/Convention Center to its management portfolio. Lodging Dynamics now has 12 properties it manages in California. Newport Beach,
California-based T2 Hospitality sold the two assets earlier this year for $303
million. The $647,000 per room price for the combined properties was a
significant premium over the roughly $350,000 per room average sales price for
Orange County hotels in 2024, according to the Orange County Business Journal.
Amangani
renovations. Singapore-based M Development is closing the Amangani in Jackson Hole, Wyoming
for extended renovations almost three decades after it first opened. The
renovations are set to begin in April and the hotel will reopen in the summer
of 2026 with new rooms and upgrades to public spaces and restaurants. Amangani
was the first Aman hotel in North America.
IHG’s
first Vignette in France. IHG Hotels & Resorts has reached an agreement with London-based
Global Hotels & Resorts to launch its first Vignette Collection
property in France, a major milestone for the brand’s European expansion. The
property will be set across two buildings – the existing Tiara Miramar and
Tiara Yaktsa hotels. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2026. In just three
years, the brand has surpassed the halfway point in its ambitious decade-long
target to attract 100 hotels.
Hilton
opens 150th Tapestry. Hilton opened its 150th Tapestry Collection
by Hilton hotel in 2024, debuting in Australia, Bonaire, Paraguay, Thailand and
the United Arab Emirates. The Tapestry Collection has expanded its global
footprint by 50% in just two years, growing from 100 hotels in January 2023.
The company also announced Elizabeth Scruggs as its new global brand leader of Tapestry
Collection.
Accor redeveloping Elatos Resort. Accor is renovating the Elatos Resort in Greece
and said it will join its Emblems Collection when the renovations are completed
in the second quarter of 2026. The reimagined look will come from London-based
MKV Design and the hotel will be the first Emblems property in Greece.

ADR, RevPAR for Paris. New Year’s celebrations and multiple events pushed Paris hotel ADR and RevPAR
to all-time highs for January, according to preliminary data from CoStar. For January, Paris had occupancy of 66.6%
(+6.5% year-over-year); ADR of EUR355.96 (+6.3%); and RevPAR of EUR237.03
(+13.3%).
Record
numbers in Jeddah. Boosted
by the Spanish Super Cup 2025, Jeddah’s hotel industry posted its highest
January occupancy level since 2015, according to preliminary data from CoStar. For January, occupancy was 70.5% (+15%
year-over-year); ADR was SAR630.94 (+4.8%) and RevPAR was SAR444.84 (+20.6%) Additionally,
the market recorded its highest January ADR and RevPAR since 2019 and 2016,
respectively.
Brisbane highest
January ever. Brisbane,
Australia’s hotel industry posted its highest January ADR and RevPAR on record,
according to preliminary data from CoStar. For January, occupancy was 68.2% (+2.9% year-over-year);
ADR was AUD225.92 (+10.1%) and RevPAR was AUD154.01 (+13.2%). Additionally, the
market’s occupancy was the highest for January since 2007 (69.6%).
