noteworthy deals of the past week was Dynamic City Capital’s acquisition of two
hotels in Anaheim from T2 Hospitality for $303 million.
ANAHEIM,
California —Provo, Utah-based Dynamic City Capital has acquired two Marriott
hotels near Disneyland in California from Newport Beach, California-based T2
Hospitality for $303 million.
The $647,000
per room price for the 174-key SpringHill Suites and the 294-key Residence Inn
is a significant premium over the roughly $350,000 per room average sales price
for Orange County hotels in 2024, according to the Orange County Business
Journal.
