Industry veteran will continue as CEO of KSL’s Mission Hill
Hospitality, while taking charge of operations and development at the resort
company.
IRVINE, California – Current CEO of KSL Capital Partners’
Mission Hill Hospitality, Greg Kennealey, has a new title to add to his business
card – CEO of KSL Resorts (KSLR), succeeding Scott Dalecio, who will continue as a
senior advisor to KSLR and executive chairman of Outrigger Resorts & Hotels.
Kennealey will oversee the operation,
development and strategic direction of KSLR and continue as CEO of limited-service hotel ownership-focused Mission
Hill Hospitality, a role he has held since the division’s inception in 2021.
Prior to his 10-year tenure at KSL Capital Partners,
Kennealey worked at Strategic Hotels & Resorts, where he oversaw an
international portfolio of luxury hotels.
“I am deeply honored and humbled to follow the successful
leadership of Scott Dalecio and to continue the legacy he has built for three
decades overseeing many iconic resorts,” Kennealey said. “I look forward to
collaborating with our very talented team as we focus on expanding our
portfolio as well as working to boost operational efficiencies and innovation.”
KSL Resorts’ managed properties include Camelback Resort and
Blue Mountain Resort – both in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, and
several resorts across California. Asset managed properties include Fairmont
Grand Del Mar in San Diego, California; Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in
Indian Wells, California; Marram in Montauk, New York; and Outrigger Hotels and
Resorts (Hawaii and worldwide).
