Here is a compilation of the most important executive moves of the past week
in the hotel investment world alphabetically (by company):
HVMG promotes three senior leaders. Atlanta-based
Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), a third-party hotel operator and
investor, has announced three new senior leaders. Jamison Conrey was named vice president of Engineering, Capital Projects and Risk Management; Androse Bell was named general
manager and vice president of Operations; and Maggie Rose was named general manager and vice president of Operations. Conrey started working with HVMG in 2009 and was most recently
director of engineering and project management. Bell recently rejoined HVMG
and, most recently, was general manager and regional director of operations.
Rosa is a 10-year HVMG veteran and, most recently, was general manager of the
Marriott Atlanta/Perimeter Center.
New CEO at The Lux Collective. The Lux Collective (TLC), Singapore, has
appointed Olivier Chavy as CEO. Chavy will be responsible for the overall
strategic direction and performance of The Lux Collective while pursuing its
expansion. He was previously president of Travel + Leisure Group - Panorama,
the business line managing the company’s exchange and membership travel brands.
Paul Jones will depart TLC in June 2024 following a 14-year tenure as CEO.
Peachtree senior-level promotions. Atlanta-based Peachtree Group announced
several senior-level promotions to its investment and investment services
teams. For the investment team: Kendall Burrus - assistant vice president, debt asset
management; Nicholas Huddleston - vice president, loan servicing; Matthew Larre - vice president,
portfolio management; John Schellhase - assistant vice president, development
investments; Matthew Weatherford - assistant vice president, dispositions and acquisitions. For the investment services team: Daniel Puglisi, senior vice president of
corporate operations and hospitality management; Lee Shuman - senior vice president,
hospitality development; Eugene Barber III – assistant vice president, construction and
design; Zachary Bollinger - assistant vice president, debt capital markets; Allison
Frazier – vice president of revenue management; Sean Hondorf - assistant vice president, renovation
program; and Sophia Koehl – vice president of hotel accounting.
