ATG
Hotels names COO. Turkey-based ATG Hotels has named Mehmet Cubukcuoglu as COO. He spent almost 32 years at TUI, most recently as general manager at the TUI Blue Palm Garden in Turkey.
Charlestowne
names 3 execs. Charleston, South Carolina-based Charlestowne Hotels has appointed Robert “Ed” Manning as director, operations; Kimber Lakes as director, sales; and Mark Buot as director, food and beverage. Manning will oversee day-to-day operations, focusing on performance optimization that balances the short- and long-term needs of its collection of independent and soft-branded properties. He has held senior leadership roles at Two Roads Hospitality and Interstate Hotels & Resorts. Lakes will lead sales strategy and support property teams in driving revenue and market share. Her background spans senior
roles in revenue and operations. Buot will advance the company’s culinary and beverage programs with a focus

names new managing director. Chicago-based Ferguson Partners, a talent management and strategic advisory firm for global real assets industries, announced Allison Reid has joined the firm’s executive search team as managing director and global head
of Hospitality and Leisure. Reid brings three decades of hospitality industry experience and has held international leadership roles at several world-class organizations, including Aimbridge Hospitality, Kimpton Hotels, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts
Worldwide.
New chair
for JMBM. Guy Maisnik, a partner at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) since 2003 and vice chair of the firm's Global Hospitality Group, has been promoted to chair of the group effective January 2, 2026. Jim Butler, a partner at JMBM for
44 years, is stepping down as chair and departing the firm.
Loews
names CCO. New York City-based Loews Hotels & Co. has appointed Kristie Goshow as chief commercial officer. A U.K. native, Goshow brings more than two decades of hospitality and travel industry experience to Loews Hotels. Most recently, she served as chief commercial officer at Peregrine Hospitality Group (formerly KSL Resorts) and also worked at Preferred
Hotels & Resorts (now Preferred Travel Group), Viceroy Hotel Group, Sabre, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Le Méridien, and Utell (Pegasus).
HHM names
new EVP. Philadelphia-based HHM Hotels has named Chris Lorino as its newest executive vice president of operations. Lorino spent two decades with Starwood Hotels & Resorts and also has experience at notable hotels across the country. He also worked
at Sage Hospitality and First Hospitality. He most recently joined HHM Hotels from Sonder, where he was global head of operations.
Marriott
realigns regional leadership. Marriott International has announced the retirement of Liam Brown, group president, U.S. and Canada, and Brian King, president, Enterprise Transformation & Caribbean and Latin America, and unified the structure for the
U.S., Canada and CALA under Satya Anand’s leadership. At the same time, it has appointed Neal Jones to lead Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Federico “Fede” Greppi to head CALA under Anand. Brown and King will step down from their roles
at the end of March and retire from the company at the end of June 2026. Effective March 28, Anand, currently president of the company’s EMEA region, will become group president for the U.S., Canada, and CALA. Jones, currently COO for Europe and Africa
and global leader for Design Hotels, will assume the role of president, EMEA. Greppi, currently COO for CALA, will become the region’s president. Jones will join Anand in serving on Marriott’s executive leadership team, and both will report to the

Noble promotes exec. Atlanta-based Noble Investment Group has promoted Dustin Fisher to principal and head of acquisitions. Fisher joined Noble in 2008 and has played a role in developing differentiated
strategies and investment solutions that have advanced Noble’s hospitality reach. Fisher will lead Noble’s acquisitions strategy, support capital deployment, and help expand investment verticals.

Investors adds to team. Washington, D.C.-based P39 Investors, LLC, has added Managing Partner Jonathan Fuisz, who was a real estate investor and developer with Park Hotels & Resorts and Hines. Fuisz also has experience as a corporate attorney focused
on M&A and corporate finance transactions.
Wyndham names new VP. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has named Zachary Donofrio as a vice president of Franchise Development. He has worked for Wyndham for nearly five years and was most recently the senior director of franchise development. He previously
worked at Schahet Hotels and Alliance Hospitality Management.
