an extensive background in luxury experiential travel and a career spanning high-end tour operators and boutique properties. Most recently, she was chief marketing officer for Explora Lodges and previously worked for Eleven, Abercrombie & Kent and
Hilton.

names new VP. Dallas-based management company Dreamscape Hospitality has appointed Ryan Miyamoto as vice president of operations. Miyamoto brings nearly 20 years of hospitality management experience and spent the last 18 years with Aimbridge Hospitality
in various capacities, most recently serving as the vice president of operations.

Tampa exec. JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group has added Wyatt Krapf as a senior director in Tampa, Florida. As part of JLL’s Debt Advisory team, Krapf will specialize in hotel debt and equity placement transactions throughout North America and debt
coverage across all asset classes in Central Florida. Krapf brings over a decade of experience, having closed more than $5 billion in debt/equity placement and investment advisory transactions since 2014. His career includes six years with HFF (acquired
by JLL in 2019), three years with Berkadia and two years with Hodges Ward Elliott.
Peregrine
names CIO. Denver-based Peregrine Hospitality has named Jeff Knowlton as chief information officer, a newly created position. With over 25 years of experience in hospitality technology, Knowlton joins Peregrine from Sonesta International Hotels Corp.,
where he served as CIO and spearheaded comprehensive technology transformation initiatives. He also worked at Pursuit Collection, Sage Hospitality, Vail Resorts and Marcus Hotels & Resorts.
Remington
names new CEO. Dallas-based Remington Hospitality has hired Ben Perelmuter as its new CEO, effective June 2. Perelmuter has nearly three decades of industry experience and joins Remington from TPG Hotels & Resorts, where he served
as president and COO. He also spent over 15 years at Aimbridge Hospitality, where he advanced from general manager to divisional president. Perelmuter succeeds Sloan Dean, who served as CEO at Remington for eight years and announced
