names CFOO. New York
City-based Convene Hospitality Group (CHG) has named Jonathan Ojany as chief
financial & operating officer. In this newly combined role, he will oversee
global finance, strategy, operations, procurement, and legal. Ojany joins CHG
from KFC U.S., where he served as chief strategy, transformation, and financial
officer. Prior to KFC, he held senior leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Co.
HotelREZ
names SVP. Frank
Fuentes was appointed senior vice president, The Americas at U.K.-based
HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts. He joins HotelREZ following over 15 years at IHG
Hotels & Resorts, during which he held senior regional leadership roles
across the Americas.
New EVP
at Peachtree. Peachtree Group has appointed Mike Morey as executive vice president, capital
markets. Morey joins Peachtree after more than 15 years at The Standard, where
he held senior roles in its real estate lending platform, StanCorp Mortgage
Investors. Earlier in his career, he served as vice president and regional
manager at Intervest Mortgage Investment Co.
New vice
president at PM. Josh Reichert has been promoted to vice president of new builds &
transitions at Bethesda, Maryland-based PM Hotel Group. He was previously
managing director at Airlie and also a general manager at PM Hotel Group and GF
Management.
Revival Hotels names president. Rockville Centre, New York-based Revival Hotels
has promoted Greg Williams to president, a role overseeing the company’s
expanding third-party management and consulting portfolio.
