Colliers
adds SVP. Colliers has
appointed Andrew Healy as senior vice president. He most recently served as vice president at CBRE
Hotels, specializing in hotel investment sales and debt and structured finance.
Andrew's experience includes approximately $3 billion in loan originations,
equity placements and recapitalizations within CBRE's Debt & Structured
Finance practice. He previously worked at JLL and US Bank.
Davidson
promotes exec. Atlanta-based Davidson Hospitality Group has appointed Steve Contos to the
newly created role of executive vice president and managing director – luxury and international. Most recently, Contos served as executive vice president,
operations for Davidson Hotels and Davidson Resorts. Before joining Davidson,
he served as a senior vice president at Marriott International.
Dreamscape
names new VP. Dallas-based
Dreamscape Hospitality has appointed Lynsey Oles as vice president of digital strategy.
Oles brings over a decade of experience in hospitality digital and
eCommerce and most recently she served as senior director of digital and marketing
at Aimbridge Hospitality.
Hilton’s Fortier
retiring. After
nearly 30 years with Hilton, Senior Vice President of Development for the
Americas Bill Fortier has announced his retirement at the end of 2025. His
career included a decade with Marriott International, where he helped pioneer
the franchise model for brands like Fairfield Inn and Courtyard. In 1996,
Fortier was recruited to Hilton to help launch and scale Hilton Garden Inn.
When Hilton acquired Promus Hotels in 1999, Fortier led the integration of the
development teams and was promoted to oversee regional development in 2000. He
also helped design Hilton’s incentive structure to reward teamwork over
territory.
JLL add
executive. JLL’s
Value and Risk Advisory has added Chad Eschmeyer as an executive director focused on hotel and hospitality valuations in the Western
and Southwestern regions of the U.S. He joins
JLL from Newmark Valuation & Advisory where he served as a senior vice president
since 2017. Before that he worked at Colliers International and he began his
career in hospitality as an owner/operator of a boutique hotel in
Sedona, Arizona.
Prism
names COO. Oyo’s
parent firm, Prism, has restructured its leadership team with the elevation of
Ankit Tandon as COO of Prism and CEO, Europe, and Varun Jain as
COO Asia at Prism. Tandon will oversee business
performance and operations for Prism worldwide, including brands such as
Belvilla, DanCenter, Sunday Hotels and others. Tandon is currently the CEO of
Oyo Vacation Homes, while Jain is presently the COO India, Prism.
New TPG
president. McKinney,
Texas-based TPG Hotels & Resorts has appointed Patrick Short as president
and COO. He will provide cross-discipline leadership and operational direction
for the management company. He returns to TPG, where he previously served as
vice president of operations, from the president's role at
Peachtree Hospitality Management.
Travco
names regional VP. Giza, Egypt-based Travco Group International has named Janice Nopvichai Tan as regional vice president of commercial. She
will oversee commercial strategy for three of Travco Group’s premier luxury
properties: Anandes Mykonos, Naama Beach Villas & Spa in Fujairah, and
Vakkaru Maldives. Tan began her career at Mandarin
Oriental, Bangkok, and has since led commercial strategy, public relations and
sales and marketing for brands such as Anantara, COMO Hotels and Resorts, Velaa
Private Island, and Raffles Maldives Meradhoo. Most recently, she served as commercial
director at Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi.
