Choice
names new GC. Choice
Hotels International has appointed Jeff Lobb as senior vice president, general
counsel and secretary, effective March 26. Lobb succeeds Simone Wu, who will
retire later this spring. Lobb joined Choice Hotels in 2006 and most recently
served as deputy general counsel.
New SVP
at EOS Hospitality. New York City-based EOS Hospitality has named Matt Kerver as senior vice
president of food & beverage. Bringing more than two decades of hospitality
leadership experience, Kerver joins EOS Hospitality from HHM Hotels, where he
most recently served as senior vice president, food & beverage. He also
worked at RH (Restoration Hardware), Sterling Bay, Magnicity, Vornado and
Hillstone Restaurant Group.
Jaymart
Group names SVP of Hospitality. Bangkok-based Jaymart Group Holdings Public Co. Ltd. has
named Chin Pitak Norathepkitti as senior vice president of hospitality,
effective September 1, 2025. In this newly created executive role, he provides
direction and oversight for the group's hospitality portfolio, which includes
luxury hotels, F&B operations and eight community malls.
Outrigger
names new exec. Honolulu-based Outrigger Hospitality Group has appointed Nathan Decker as
director of group sales. Decker brings more than 20 years of hospitality sales
experience and, most recently, he served as a global sourcing consultant for
Pilina Global Events & Sourcing.
New COO
at PM Hotel Group. Atlanta-based PM Hotel Group has named Kirk Pederson as COO. Most recently,
Pederson served as president of Sightline Hospitality. He also worked at Morgan
Stanley Real Estate Funds, Prime Property Fund, American General Hospitality,
MeriStar Hospitality Corp. and Interstate Hotels & Resorts.
Pyramid
names SVP. Boston-based Pyramid Global Hospitality has named J. Green as senior vice
president of independent hotel sales. In this newly created position, Green
will lead the sales strategy and execution for Pyramid’s portfolio of
independent resorts and hotels, Benchmark Resorts & Hotels. He was most
recently the regional vice president of sales for the company’s independent
hotels in the Western region and has more than 25 years of experience.
Exec
promoted at Singerman. Rebecca Cocchiola has been named managing director at Chicago-based
Singerman Real Estate. She has worked for the company since 2015 and was
previously senior vice president. Cocchiola previously worked at Goldman Sachs.
New VP at
Virgin Hotels Collection. Miami-based Virgin Hotels Collection has named Paloma Martinez as vice
president of Operations, Americas. Martinez brings over 30 years of experience
in luxury hospitality, having led operations across 13 countries. Her career
spans roles with InterContinental Hotels Group, Six Senses, and Kimpton Hotels.
New COO
at Westgate. Orlando-based Westgate Resorts has named 20-year company veteran Jared Saft as
COO. Saft has held leadership positions across finance, operations, and
sales and marketing. Most recently, he played a key role in the addition of VI
Resorts.
New CFO
for Wyndham. Wyndham
Hotels & Resorts, following a comprehensive search process, has appointed
Amit Sripathi as chief financial officer, effective immediately. Sripathi, who
most recently served as the company’s chief development officer – North
America, succeeds Kurt Albert, who has served as interim CFO since November's
departure of Michele Allen, who Wyndham said left to pursue opportunities
outside the hotel industry. Additionally, Wyndham has named David Wilner, a
30-year franchise sales veteran, as chief development officer – North America.
Sripathi joined Wyndham in 2021 and has served in a variety of leadership roles
at the company. Prior to Wyndham, he was with RLJ Lodging Trust and also
worked at Deutsche Bank. Before joining Wyndham, Wilner spent 20 years as part
of the franchise sales leadership team for La Quinta.
