Hotel executive moves: Aimbridge, First Hospitality, Omni, Noble, Trinity

Here is a compilation of the most important executive moves of the past week in the hotel investment world, alphabetically (by company):

Aimbridge names CCO. Plano, Texas-based Aimbridge Hospitality has promoted Allison Handy to chief commercial officer. She joined Aimbridge in 2021 and previously held senior commercial roles at PRISM Hotels & Resorts and Interstate Hotels & Resorts. She also serves on the HSMAI Americas Board.

Regional exec for B&B. France-based B&B Hotels has named Nathalie Feyte as chief marketing, sales & revenue officer for Western Europe. With 20 years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy and digital marketing, she was most recently senior vice president revenue management and pricing at Europcar Mobility Group and also worked for Air France/KLM.

Crescent names managing director. Fort Worth, Texas-based Crescent Real Estate has appointed Troy Furbay as managing director, hospitality. Furbay most recently served as chief investment officer at DiamondRock Hospitality. He also held senior leadership roles at Loews Hotels, Kimpton Hotels, and MeriStar Hospitality, following an early foundation in real estate consulting with KPMG.

First Hospitality names senior director. Chicago-based First Hospitality has appointed Logan Fish as senior director, business development. Fish joins the company from StepStone Hospitality, where he served as director of development. He also worked at Park Hotels & Resorts.

Noble names director. Atlanta-based Noble Investment Group has named Chris Ascari as director of finance. Ascari brings nearly 15 years of experience in real estate finance, most recently serving as a senior leader within EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Real Estate Group. Over his career, he has led valuations, due diligence and strategic advisory engagements representing more than $50 billion in transaction volume across real estate asset classes and investor types.

Omni names new VP. Dallas-based Omni Hotels & Resorts has appointed Daven Wardynski as vice president of food & beverage. He brings more than 30 years of culinary and operational experience to the role, along with a deep-rooted history with Omni that began in 1998. He has held leadership roles at notable properties, including the Omni Chicago Hotel and the Pump Room at the former Omni Ambassador East.

Premier adds SVP of development. Kunal Mody has been appointed senior vice president of development at Dallas-based Premier. Mody has more than 13 years of executive-level real estate development experience and joins Premier from Blueprint Hospitality, having served as its founding CEO since 2012.  

Stonebridge names advisor. Denver-based Stonebridge has added Rich Cortese as special advisor to the Caribbean region. He joins Stonebridge in a strategic advisory capacity, bringing more than three decades of hands-on experience in Caribbean development, operations and asset management. He previously served as executive vice president at Caribbean Property Group and led operations at resorts in the Caribbean.

New comms director at The Peninsula. Hong Kong-based Peninsula Hotels has appointed Feria Kazemi as its new director of communications. She brings to the role more than a dozen years of international communications expertise across both the travel and technology industries. Most recently, she served as a reputation and industry relations manager, EMEA, for Google and also worked for Tripadvisor and Viator.

Trinity promotes exec. Honolulu-based Trinity Investments has promoted Stephany Chen to head of investor relations, effective immediately. Chen joined Trinity in July 2024 and previously served as a senior vice president of acquisitions. She spent more than a decade in JLL’s Hotels and Hospitality Group.
