Accor
names CEO for South Asia. Accor has appointed Ranju Alex as its CEO for South Asia (covering
India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka). Ranju was most recently the
regional vice president for South Asia for Marriott International and began her
career with The Oberoi Group in 1993. She has held several leadership positions
at Marriott.
New CDO
for East-West Hospitality. Avon, Colorado-based East West Hospitality has appointed Kevin Graham as
chief development officer. Graham began his career with the company in 1996 in
acquisitions and most recently served as COO.
New CIO
for Mandarin Oriental. Rapheal Bick has been appointed chief information officer at Hong
Kong-based Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Bick brings over 20 years of
experience in technology, digital and AI, having led transformations for global
consumer-facing businesses, including those in hospitality and retail. He has
worked across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S.
New
C-suite exec for Omni. Dallas-based Omni Hotels & Resorts has promoted Laura Trussell McKoy
to chief creative officer. In this role, she will continue to lead the interior
design for both renovations and new developments while overseeing the brand’s
overall creative vision. She will also collaborate closely with marketing and
operations. McKoy joined Omni in February 2007 and later advanced to creative
director and vice president, interior design. During her tenure, she founded
the Omni Hotels & Resorts Design Studio. Before joining Omni, McKoy held
design leadership positions with CNL Hotels and Resorts and BBGM Architects and
Interiors.

elevates founding partner. Bengaluru, India-based Treebo Hospitality Ventures (THV) has elevated
Hardik Goyal to the position of founding partner. Having been associated with
THV since its inception 10 years ago, Goyal has played a pivotal role in
shaping the company’s vision. He will also continue to serve as chief
commercial officer.
