business-building conference and trade fair for the hospitality investment and
design communities.

New Jersey – Northstar Travel Group, owner of global hotel-investment
conferences including the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS), the
world’s leading and largest hotel investment conference, opened registration
for its inaugural design-focused ALIS DESIGN+ conference and trade fair event.
ALIS DESIGN+ will debut January 24-25, 2024, at the JW Marriott/Ritz-Carlton
Los Angeles L.A. LIVE. The event is presented in conjunction with the Americas
Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS) and produced by Northstar Travel Group in
association with American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) and The BHN
Group. Key initial supporters include NEWH, The International Society of
Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and Hotel Investment Today.

ALIS DESIGN+ will feature more than 20 conference sessions, with approximately
100 speakers providing insight into the latest trends and information for hotel
architecture, construction, design, and purchasing segments, among others. It
will also feature 60-plus exhibitors in an intimate and bustling trade fair, a
hosted buyer program, and individual one-on-one meetings between attendees and
exhibitors.
