Latest news: New Accor CCO; Dreamscape adds 3; big 4Q for Preferred

CCO for Fairmont, Raffles. Industry veteran Alexandra Withers has been named chief commercial officer of Accor's Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Raffles Hotels & Resorts brands, as of January 19, 2026. Withers joins from Highgate Hotels as EVP, head of Marketing.

Dreamscape adds 3. Dreamscape Hospitality has assumed management of three Marriott-branded hotels across Oklahoma and Louisiana. The newly added properties include the 90-room Residence Inn Tulsa South, the 76-room SpringHill Suites Tulsa, and the 89-room Courtyard Lafayette Airport. All three hotels are owned by Verge Mobile.

Preferred adds 21 in 4Q25. Preferred Hotels & Resorts has added 21 new member properties to its global portfolio between October 1 and December 31, 2025, ranging from a heritage-rich retreat in southern Italy to a vibrant resort destination in Texas wine country.
