The
Aman Singapore will feature a hotel, branded residences and a members club in
what will be the city’s tallest tower.
SINGAPORE — A consortium led by Singapore-based Perennial Holdings Private Ltd. (Perennial Holdings), an integrated healthcare and real estate company, is developing the ultraluxury Aman Singapore, which will feature a
hotel, a limited collection of Aman branded residences as well as a private
members club in The Skywaters, which is set to become Singapore’s
tallest skyscraper.
The 63-story
tower will rise from a rare island site at the convergence of Singapore’s
Central Business District, Marina Bay, and the future Greater Southern
Waterfront. It is scheduled to open in 2028.
The Aman
Singapore will be designed by long-time collaborators Kerry Hill Architects.
The club and residences will overlook the city
and South China Sea.
The property
will be the fourth “Urban Aman” after similar properties opened in New York
City in 2022, Tokyo in 2014 and Bangkok in April 2025. Aman did not disclose the
number of rooms, but according to The Straits Times, a revised plan submitted
to Singapore’s Urban Redevelopment Authority in July had just 11 suites.
Aman
operates 36 resorts and hotels in over 20 destinations with pipeline properties
including Miami Beach, Florida; Beverly Hills, California; Riyadh; Dubai; and
the Maldives.
“Singapore
is a leading global city-state, celebrated for its rich cultural heritage and
dynamic economy,” Vlad Doronin, CEO and chairman of Aman Group, said in a news
release. “The launch of Aman Singapore, within the landmark The Skywaters
development, marks an exciting chapter for our brand and is something our
devoted community has long anticipated… It will also serve as a key connection
point to our Aman destinations across Asia for our global guests.”
“The
Skywaters represents a bold new chapter for Singapore’s skyline — a landmark
where innovation meets timeless elegance. Partnering with Aman for its first
project in Singapore at The Skywaters is a testament to the exceptional quality
of the integrated development,” Pua Seck Guan, executive chairman and CEO of
Perennial Holdings, said in the release. “It also further elevates the status
of the upcoming tallest building in the country as we create an extraordinary
sanctuary in the heart of the Garden City, delivering an experience that
redefines urban luxury living.”
