all-suite beachfront property with residences.
DUBAI – An all-suite Aman hotel with accompanying residences has
been announced with real estate investor Bright Start collaborating with the
ultra-luxury brand to create a shoreline setting with an expansive private
beach in Jumeirah 2.
H&H Development, a real estate developer with a track
record in the UAE, is leading the delivery of the Aman Dubai with a limited
number of Aman branded residences, an Aman Spa with more than 21,500 sq. ft of
space, several restaurants, as well as an Aman Club.
Designed by KHA (Kerry Hill Architects), Aman Dubai will sit on Jumeirah Beach
with unobstructed panoramic views of the water and Dubai’s skyline. With nine
acres of gardens, the Aman Dubai will showcase the brand’s minimal and
contemporary design aesthetic, making use of natural materials and clean lines
to frame the cityscape and waterfront views. The design features local stone in
a palette of desert tones and connects subterranean spaces and courtyards to
extensive gardens that descend to the beach and extend to private living
spaces.
