part of the strategic partnership, the fast-growing lifestyle and leisure
hospitality company will manage and plan the growth of the sustainability
brand.
LONDON —
Ennismore will take over the management and growth plans for sustainability
hospitality brand Our Habitas as part of a strategic partnership announced
today.
London-based
Our Habitas and its 10 worldwide resorts will join London-based Ennismore’s
growing list of brands. Our Habitas was founded in 2016 and has locations on
four continents in: Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Morocco,
Namibia, Bhutan and Indonesia. The company also has multiple projects in the
pipeline, including several in Saudi Arabia and further expansion plans into
Asia.

Habitas to continue its trajectory as a global leader in experiential
hospitality.”
Our Habitas
says it is a disruptor in the experiential luxury hospitality category and has
attracted investors such as PIF, Starwood Capital, Barry Sternlicht, Maurice
Salem and Travis Kalanick.

Bazin, who is also executive chairman of Ennismore, said in the release. “Its

effortlessly match our lifestyle and tailor-made approach to hospitality.”
As part of
the partnership, Our Habitas will benefit from Ennismore’s extensive experience
with lifestyle brands and will have access to Accor’s global platforms. Ripley
will remain involved with the company “in overseeing the creative vision of the
brand.”
With its
backing from Paris-based Accor, Ennismore has been growing rapidly in the
lifestyle and all-inclusive resort segments with brands like Delano, Hyde, Mama
Shelter, Mondrian and The Hoxton.
