Blackstone
sells stake in Vegas. Blackstone is selling an $800 million preferred equity stake in the CityCenter Las Vegas complex to San Diego-based Realty Income Corp. in a deal that allows Blackstone to cash in on its investment while retaining control of
the property. Realty Income is making an $800 million perpetual preferred equity investment in CityCenter, which includes the Aria Resort & Casino and the Vdara Hotel & Spa. MGM Resorts International will continue to operate the properties.

mixed-use in Florida. Hobe Sound, Florida-based Montierre Development will begin work in January on The Dynasty complex, a sports-oriented mixed-use project that will feature 1,100 hotel rooms, 17 multipurpose sports fields, and 500,000 sq. ft. of
commercial retail and restaurant space in Ocoee, Florida, according to The Orlando Business Journal. Partners on the project include AECOM, Innovated Studios, and Finfrock.
Four Seasons adds in Berlin. Four Seasons is partnering with Rome, Italy-based Gruppo Statuto to transform Berlin’s historic Hotel de Rome into a Four Seasons hotel, which will open in late 2027. The 140-key Four Seasons Hotel Berlin will mark the return of Four Seasons to Berlin after 20 years. Originally home to the former Dresdner Bank headquarters and built in the late 1800s, the building was transformed into a hotel in 2006. The property will operate as Hotel de Rome through 2026 before converting to a Four Seasons hotel the following year.
First
Marriott Apartments in US. The Ambar Residences Orlando in Kissimmee, Florida, will be the first Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy development in the U.S. The developer is Miami-based The Big Key Group and construction is expected to begin in early 2026,
with completion projected for 2028. Plans call for three seven-story buildings. The 322-key Ambar Residences Orlando | Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy will be about five miles from the Disney World Resort.
Lodgco
adds 2 in Florida. Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Lodgco Hospitality has added two properties in Winter Haven, Florida, to its management portfolio: the Hampton Inn Winter Haven and the Holiday Inn Winter Haven.
Marriott’s 700th in APEC. Marriott International has added the Legacy Mekong, Can Tho, Autograph Collection in Vietnam to its portfolio, marking the company’s 700th property in Asia Pacific excluding China (APEC). Marriott now has 30 open properties in
Vietnam with a pipeline of over 50 projects and now operates 700 properties across 27 brands in 22 countries in APEC, with 400 more in its development pipeline.
Whitbread
adds in London. Whitbread has acquired a hotel in Central London for its Premier Inn hub brand from an undisclosed seller for an undisclosed amount. Whibread intends to convert the 1920s office building into a 200-key hub by Premier hotel that
will open in 2026.
EVT
Connect Hospitality launches. Sydney-based EVT Ltd. has completed the acquisition of Pro-invest Hotels, marking the official launch of EVT Connect Hospitality and cementing EVT’s status as the second largest hotel operator in Australia and
New Zealand. EVT will now operate a network of over 100 hotels and resorts in the region, including confirmed pipeline properties. Pro-invest Group will retain asset management responsibilities for the 15 hotels owned by the three hotel investment
funds via its fund management platform.
Meliá
adds in Crete. Palma, Spain-based Meliá Hotels International is opening the 86-key INNSiDE Elounda, a lifestyle resort on the shores of northeastern Crete in May of 2026. The opening will mark the debut of the INNSiDE by Meliá brand in the Greek Islands.
IHG adds
in Bangkok. IHG Hotels & Resorts is partnering with Thailand-based CG Capital Advisory Ltd. to launch the 88-key InterContinental Residences Bangkok Asoke. Valued at THB 5.5 billion, the project introduces the first and only freehold
branded residences in Bangkok’s Sukhumvit district.
Swiss-Belhotel
adds in Oman. Swiss-Belhotel International and Bawareq Nizwa International For Investment SAOC are partnering to open the 81-key Swiss-Belhotel Nizwain in Oman. The hotel is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2026.
Hilton
adds in Makkah. Hilton has signed an agreement with Makkah, Saudi Arabia-based Wirgan Hospitality to rebrand two hotels in Makkah, the city’s first Tapestry Collection by Hilton and a DoubleTree by Hilton, both of which are scheduled to open by the
end of the year. The 1,386-key Wirgan Al Noor, Tapestry Collection, and the 381-key DoubleTree by Hilton Makkah Aziziyah will nearly double Hilton’s presence in Makkah to over 4,100 rooms.
Trilogy
rebrands in Melbourne. Sydney-based Trilogy Hotels has assumed management of the Ink Hotel Melbourne Southbank and is rebranding it as the 162-key ibis Styles Melbourne Southbank under a franchise agreement with Accor. This marks Trilogy Hotels’ first
venture into the Melbourne market. Singapore-based Nadathur Group owns the hotel.
