MIAMI — Hotel developer Robert Finvarb, alongside co-founder and CEO Brian Vujnovic, have launched MIA
Hospitality Management (MIAHM).
Miami-based
MIAMH already has a portfolio of five hotels and 939 rooms across South
Florida. Its first hotel under management, the Courtyard Miami Coconut Grove,
joined on March 3, followed by the Hyatt Centric South Beach on May 1 and the AC
Hotel Miami Brickell and the Element by Westin Miami Brickell on July 1. On
September 3, the Springhill Suites Miami Downtown Medical District joined the
portfolio and on October 1, the Courtyard Fort Lauderdale Airport &
Cruiseport will be added. Looking ahead, MIAHM will also assume management of
the Hyatt Centric Wynwood, which is currently being developed by Robert Finvarb
Companies (RFC) and is scheduled to open in 2028.
With
additional transitions already underway, the company expects to surpass 1,000
rooms under management by year-end and wants to expand into more U.S. markets.
Finvarb brings
more than 20 years of development experience through Robert Finvarb
Companies, with a focus on ground-up projects and asset management across
Marriott and Hyatt brands in high-barrier, competitive markets, including New
York City and Washington, D.C., as well as throughout New Jersey, North
Carolina, Arizona, and Michigan. Vujnovic brings 25 years of operational
experience across luxury independent, lifestyle, and select-service
hotels, including 11 years of asset management experience and a background in food and beverage concept development and execution.
“Our launch
represents more than just another management company,” Finvarb said. “It’s about creating a culture of innovation and
accountability that puts owners, associates, and guests at the center of every
decision.”
