Coury Hospitality and emerging Concert Hospitality add soft brands, grow Northeast presence.
DALLAS – Dallas-based Coury Holdings is in the news with its
Concert Hospitality adding two new properties to its limited-service portfolio
and Coury Hospitality announcing four new management deals. With the news Concert’s
portfolio grows to six properties, while Coury reaches 24 (16 operating by the
end of October, with two opening in Q1 2025 and six other signed deals).
Concert is growing its portfolio in the Northeast by adding
the Courtyard by Marriott Boston and the Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh to
its management role. Both properties are owned by Coury investor NewcrestImage.
Launched in July to focus on more full-service and limited-service
management opportunities, the new Concert properties join the DoubleTree Suites
Columbus, Magnolia Dallas, Marriott Westlake and Hilton Garden Inn LAX.

Hospitality, continues to expand with the pending opening of a 160-key Memphis
Autograph Collection hotel in an historic property that will become a mixed-use
project with retail, office spaces, restaurants and apartments. The development
of 100 North Main will take a restorative and sustainable design approach for
the 1960s International Style building and will exhibit how both the
preservation and recycling of a historic piece of architecture to once again
becoming a lively hub of activity in the community.
Coury also announced it will manage a new Autograph
Collection property coming to downtown Colorado Springs that will feature 175
guest rooms and over 200 branded residential units.
Coury is also taking over management of the 296-room Beeman
Hotel in Dallas Park Cities, as well as The Loom Hotel, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Warwick,
just outside of Providence, Rhode Island, which is set to open in November
2024.
