Rob Schneider named HIT managing editor

RUTHERFORD, New Jersey – The BHN Group and Hotel Investment Today are pleased to announce that Rob Schneider has joined the team as managing editor. In his role, Schneider will be responsible for managing day-to-day production as well as reporting on news focused on M&A, development and return on investment for hotel investors. He will also assist in developing, refining, and executing the digital production and multi-media sides for the publication.

Schneider is taking over the managing editor’s role from Mary Scoviak, who will remain on board with the Hotel Investment Today team taking on a more specialized role focusing on custom content as Custom & Design Content Director. Scoviak’s new role expands her responsibilities to include ALIS DESIGN+, The BHN Group’s new event set to launch beside ALIS in 2024, in addition to Hotel Investment Today.

Schneider previously served as managing editor at the Dallas Business Journal where he ran the newsroom day-to-day in addition to playing an integral role in shaping the look and feel of the publication both online and in print. Previously, Schneider was creative director for the publication.
