LOS ANGELES– Northstar Travel Group, owner of global
hotel-investment conferences including the Americas Lodging Investment Summit
(ALIS), the world’s leading and largest hotel investment conference, is pleased
to announce the return of the ALIS DESIGN+ conference and trade fair.
The ALIS DESIGN+ conference and trade fair is scheduled to take place January 30-31, 2025, at
the JW Marriott/Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles L.A. LIVE. The event is presented in
conjunction with the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS) and produced by
Northstar Travel Group in association with The BHN Group and the American Hotel
& Lodging Association. As a brand extension of ALIS, ALIS DESIGN+ is the premier
event connecting hotel owners, brands, investors and developers with the design,
construction, architectural communities and manufacturers of design elements
and architectural materials.
The inaugural edition of the conference and trade fair was a great success as delegates and exhibitors continuously networked, heard the latest trends about key industry topics and developed business opportunities. The 2025 event is projected to attract more than 1,500 attendees—including
900+ qualified delegates—and will include more than 20 conference sessions
featuring nearly 100 speakers providing insights into the latest trends and
information for hotel architecture, construction, design, and purchasing
segments, among others. The event will also showcase exhibitors in an exclusive
trade fair and a curated hosted-delegate program pairing key decision makers
and exhibitors in high impact one-on-one meetings.
ALIS DESIGN+ will be collocated with ALIS and ALIS Law for a
second year, providing an unparalleled opportunity to learn, network, collaborate,
and get deals done. ALIS is set to take place Tuesday, January 28 to Thursday,
January 30, 2025, at the JW Marriott/Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles L.A. LIVE. ALIS
Law is scheduled for Monday, January 27 and Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at the
Courtyard/Residence Inn Los Angeles L.A. LIVE.
