Among
the noteworthy deals of the past week was Loci Capital Group’s sale of the
Hilton St. Petersburg Carillon Park in Florida.
TAMPA,
Florida —Loci Capital Opportunistic Fund, LP, an affiliate of Tampa,
Florida-based Loci Capital Group, has sold the 227-key Hilton St. Petersburg
Carillon Park to Highline Hospitality Partners, a hospitality investment platform launched by Highline Real Estate Partner, for an undisclosed amount.
The selling group also included Loci Capital’s operating partner, HHM Hotels.
Built in 2006, the Hilton Carillon features more than 16,000 sq. ft. of meeting
space and was acquired by Loci and its JV partners in January 2021 as part of
its inaugural opportunistic fund.
The property
has undergone renovations since its acquisition, including a full room
renovation, which is scheduled to be completed after the acquisition.
