Among the noteworthy deals of the past week is Dynamic City
Capital’s acquisition of the Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town in Arizona.
Miller Global Properties sold the 177-room Scottsdale property
for $102 million. The hotel was built in 2020 and has roughly 128,083 square
feet, which means the building sold for approximately $795 per square foot. The
deal is one of the top hotel trades in the area this year.
