Among the noteworthy deals of the past week, Isrotel has
acquired for €68 million the Hotel Savoy Roma in Rome.
ROME – Isrotel’s Aluma brand is planning a €30-million
renovation project at the newly acquired 130-room Hotel Savoy Roma. It acquired
the historic preservation property, which is situated on the renowned Via Vento
Street, from an undisclosed seller for €523,077 per room.
Aluma, a brand Isrotel launched earlier this year with two
hotels in Athens, is expected to unveil the revamped hotel under its brand
during the third quarter of 2026.
