Hospitality Holding’s $370 million acquisition of the Boston Park Plaza form Sunstone
Hotel Investors.
The sale price of the 1,060-room Boston Park Plaza
represents a 7.1% cap rate on hotel NOI for the trailing four quarter period
ended June 30, 2023, Sunstone reported. The property will be rebranded under
the Hilton flag.
