Among
the noteworthy deals of the past week was SJR Shelton's acquisition of the
Hyatt House Shelton (Connecticut) from Acrophyte Hospitality Trust.
SHELTON,
Connecticut — Singapore-based Acrophyte Hospitality Trust has sold the 127-key Hyatt
House Shelton in Connecticut for $19.2 million to SJR Shelton LLC and
principal Rich Gandhi, according to the Hartford Business Journal.
The hotel,
which was built in 2010, updated in 2017 and features a business center,
meeting and event space, pool, fitness center and restaurant. It was purchased by Hyatt
Equities in 2011 for $19.9 million.
