Among the noteworthy deals of the past week is KWC
Management’s acquisition of the Montage Kapalua Bay.
KWC Management, Memphis, Tennessee, the hospitality
investment management company of Kemmons Wilson Companies, has acquired the
146-room Montage Kapalua Bay in Hawaii. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Montage will continue to manage the property and KWC
Management will bring in White Label Asset Management to assist in asset
managing the property.
The hotel opened in 2014 following a $15 million renovation
of the former Residences at Kapalua Bay.
