Among
the noteworthy deals of the past week was SAK Developers' acquisition of the
Staybridge Suites Tyson-McLean from an affiliate of Noble Investment Group for
$34.7 million.
MCLEAN, Virginia — Ashburn, Virginia-based SAK Developers has acquired the
142-key Staybridge Suites Tysons-McLean in the Washington D.C. metro area from
NF III McLean LLC, an affiliate of Atlanta-based Noble Investment Group for
$34.7 million (or $244,366 per key).
Hunter Hotel Advisors assisted with the
transaction. The LLC acquired the hotel for $29.5 million in 2017.
