Among
the noteworthy deals of the past week was AJ Capital Partner’s acquisition of
the Hotel Boulderado hotel in Boulder, Colorado.
BOULDER, Colorado —Nashville, Tennessee-based AJ Capital Partners has acquired the historic Hotel Boulderado hotel in Boulder, Colorado, which will be renovated and added to Hilton’s Graduate brand.
In partnership with longtime owners Frank and Gina Day, the 116-year-old hotel will have phased renovations that will begin later this year and are expected to be completed in spring 2026.
When the renovations are completed, the hotel will retain its name while joining the Graduate by Hilton collection.
