SpringHill Suites Greensboro in North Carolina to Laskshmi MAA Inc. for $6.6
million.

Carolina — Apple Hospitality, one of the most active REITS in the acquisition
space, recently sold one of its properties in Greensboro.
Apple Eight
NC LP sold the 82-key SpringHill Suites by Marriott Greensboro in Greensboro,
North Carolina, for approximately $7.1 million or $86,585 per key.
According to
a report in the Triad Business Journal, the hotel was acquired by Lakshmi MAA
Inc., which is associated with Southern Pines, North Carolina-based PK
Hospitality LLC, which also owns the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Greensboro.
The property
is appraised for $6.2 million, records show.
