Among the noteworthy deals of the past week was Northshore Development’s acquisition of the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center in Louisiana.
BATON ROUGE
— Orlando, Florida-based Northshore Development has acquired the 291-key Hilton
Baton Rouge Capitol Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana from Columbus, Ohio-based
Rockbridge Capital for $53.4 million.
The hotel
underwent a $7.1 million renovation after Rockbridge acquired the property in
2012, according to news reports at the time.
