Among
the noteworthy deals of the past week is AccorInvest selling the Sofitel Lisboa
Liberdade to an undisclosed buyer for €75 million.
LISBOA, Portugal — AccorInvest sold the 163-key Sofitel
Lisboa Liberdade to an undisclosed French buyer for €75 million or €460,123 per
room.
AccorInvest was asking €100 million for the hotel, according
to reports. The unnamed buyer is also reportedly purchasing the 78-key Sofitel
Roma Villa Borghese in Rome, also for €75 million, or €961,538 per room. Accor
will become a tenant of the property, and the hotel will still be operated as the luxury brand Sofitel.
