the noteworthy deals of the past week is Deka Immobilien acquiring the Ruby Zoe
hotel in London for around EUR 62 million.
LONDON — Frankfurt-based Deka Immobilien acquired the Ruby
Zoe hotel in London from Frogmore on February 12 for around EUR 62 million.
The 173-key hotel opened in May 2023 and is leased to Ruby
Hospitality UK Ltd., a subsidiary of Munich-based Ruby GmbH hotel group. It was
originally developed by Frogmore and is the second Ruby hotel in London.
Ruby Hotels has 18 total hotels in Western Europe.
