the noteworthy deals of the past week was Van der Valk’s €70 million acquisition of the Pullman
Eindhoven Cocagne in Eindhoven, Netherlands, from Dutch investor Cocagne
Holding.

Netherlands — Dutch owner-operator Van der Valk has acquired the 320-key
Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne in Eindhoven, Netherlands, from Dutch investor
Cocagne Holding for a reported €70 million, according to HVS. Van der Valk’s
portfolio comprises over 100 hotels and restaurants across Europe, North
America and the Caribbean.
This will be
Van der Valk’s third hotel in Eindhoven. ED newspaper reported on
Wednesday. It was built
in the early 1960s Cocagne Holding bought the hotel five years ago for
€58,000,000.
