Among
the noteworthy deals of the past week was Highline Hospitality Partners’ acquisition
of the Pittsburgh Marriott North.
PITTSBURGH —Birmingham,
Alabama-based Highline Hospitality Partners has acquired the 298-key Pittsburgh
Marriott North hotel from an undisclosed seller for an undisclosed amount.
This is
Highline’s 17th hotel acquisition and its first in Pennsylvania. The hotel was
built in 2003 and Highline said it will do targeted renovations to the
property.
Plano,
Texas-based Avion Hospitality will manage the property. The addition marks the
company’s entry into its 15th state and represents its 40th hotel nationwide
since launching operations in 2022.
