Among the noteworthy deals of the past week is Three Wall
Capital’s $64.2 million acquisition of a three-hotel portfolio in Florida from
Blackstone.
There Wall Capital paid $20.7 million ($150,000/room) for
the 138-room Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Plantation; $22.8
million ($159,231/room) for the 130-room Residence Inn by Marriott Fort
Lauderdale SW Miramar; and $20.7 million ($165,600/room) for the 125-room Courtyard
by Marriott Fort Lauderdale SW Miramar, property records show.
An $82.8 million cross-collateralized loan was provided by
Guggenheim Partners, according to media reports.
