Among
the noteworthy deals of the past week was T2 Hospitality’s acquisition of the
Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Ponte Vedra Sawgrass in Florida.
JACKSONVILLE,
Florida — Newport Beach, California-based T2 Hospitality has acquired the
Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Ponte Vedra Sawgrass in Jacksonville, Florida,
from Atlanta-based Noble Investment Group for $28.5 million.
The hotel
was built in 2000. Noble bought it from Sawgrass Hotel Partners Ltd. for about
$13 million in 2021.
The hotel was renovated in 2022 with updates to guest
rooms, the lobby, market, fitness center, outdoor pool and Mulligan’s Pub, the
on-site restaurant and bar. It also added a new roof for a total project cost
of $2.2 million.
