Among
the noteworthy deals of the past week was Armada Investments’ acquisition of
the Aloft San Antonio Airport.
SAN ANTONIO —
Armada Investments LP has acquired the 114-key Aloft San Antonio Airport from
an undisclosed seller for an undisclosed amount.
The hotel
was built in 2009 and the new owner plans to complete a Marriott-required PIP.
Hunter Hotel Advisors facilitated the transaction. The hotel is expected to
benefit from the airport’s planned $2.5 billion expansion.
